An overview of what GOD THE CREATOR INC™ is bringing to fruition.

Core Vision

Creating a scalable model to transform squatter settlements into income‑generating communities. This initiative begins in the Philippines at Sogod, Cebu, with the family of my partner, Riza Lumbab, who have resided on this property for over 50 years. This site will serve as the primary model, with ongoing replication mirrored throughout the Philippines before expanding to commence in a like manner across other 3rd‑world nations.

The framework integrates:

Secure land acquisition and long‑term lease or purchase structures.
Development of resilient housing, clean water, sanitation, and solar energy.
Local Enterprise: Agricultural production, including raising poultry, pigs, and vegetables.
Jobs: Community property management providing a consistent weekly income.
Infrastructure Defense: Protection of critical grids and databases utilizing the AI DATABASE GUARDIAN deployed on Supabase.

This VISION Meets Two Essential World Bank Needs:

Creating local economies where none exist, directly answering the #1 mandate of the World Bank: poverty reduction.

2. Protecting National Infrastructure and Building Climate-Resilience

Decentralized solar power systems.

Securing critical infrastructure and institutional databases using the AI DATABASE GUARDIAN on Supabase.

Alignment: This VISION directly aligns with the World Bank’s global priorities by simultaneously protecting infrastructure, addressing climate resilience, and building self-sustaining local economies.

The Prophetic Foundation

GOD directs this mission toward a world where every nation and every community lives in peace and thrives. This work advances the promise in Isaiah 2:4, where humanity transforms tools of conflict into tools of cultivation and rises into a life without war.

Isaiah 2:4 – "And He (GOD) shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people, and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore."

Matthew 20:16 – "So the last shall be first, and the first last." First World nations will be the last to transition into a Plant-Based Economy, while 3rd World agrarian countries will be the first.

This VISION moves forward so all inhabitants of the world may live with stability, dignity, and peace, in full harmony together with shared purpose.

This VISION is grounded in the same truth the universe itself reveals: only 5% of existence is visible matter, while 95% is the unseen structure and force that holds and propels all creation. In this same way, GOD THE CREATOR — the unseen architecture of existence — empowers this work. Dark Matter reflects GOD THE CREATOR’s sustaining substance, and Dark Force reflects GOD THE CREATOR’s active will, continually expanding, beginning as the smallest object known to astrophysics and becoming the universe. This VISION aligns with that universal pattern: an unseen foundation producing visible transformation for communities, nations, and the WORLD.
